About Unwinde

Unwinde in the Cotswolds is a small, independent business creating candles and home fragrance products in small batches.

All products are made and dispatched from within the United Kingdom.

Products & availability

  • All products are subject to availability.
  • Because we work in small batches, some items may be limited or temporarily unavailable.
  • We reserve the right to update or discontinue products without notice.

Product descriptions and images are intended to be as accurate as possible, but slight variations in colour, finish, or scent can occur as part of a handmade process.

Pricing & payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£).
  • We are not VAT registered, so VAT is not charged.
  • Prices may change from time to time, but any changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment is taken at checkout using the available secure payment methods.

Shipping

We currently ship within the UK only.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days, though this may be longer during particularly busy periods.

Delivery is typically made via Royal Mail First Class, which usually arrives the next working day after dispatch, though this is not guaranteed and may take longer in more remote areas.

Refills, vessels & bundles

Some products are designed to be used together (for example, refills and ceramic vessels).

Please ensure you are ordering the correct item for your needs — if you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before purchasing and we’ll be happy to advise.

Returns & refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, used candles or refills cannot be returned.
  • Unused items may be returned in line with our Returns Policy.

Candles should always be used responsibly.

Please follow the care and safety instructions provided with your product and on the product page. We cannot accept responsibility for damage or injury caused by misuse or failure to follow safety guidance.

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

All content on this website — including text, images, branding, and product designs — is the property of Unwinde in the Cotswolds and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
