Once your candle has burned down, you can order a refill, which fits neatly into the original vessel. It’s a more sustainable option and lets you change scents without replacing the whole piece.

Vessels, refills, and full candle sets can be purchased individually or as a bundle, depending on what you need.

Yes — every Unwinde candle is hand-poured in small batches in the UK.

This means there may be slight natural variations from candle to candle, which we see as part of their character.

Burn time depends on the candle size and how it’s used, but as a guide:

• Standard candles are designed for long, even burns
• Following the care instructions will help maximise burn time and scent performance

Each candle comes with care and safety guidance, but the essentials are:

• Trim the wick slightly before each burn
• Allow the wax to melt fully across the surface on the first burn
• Never leave a burning candle unattended
