Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our home studio using Royal Mail.
Dispatch times
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days.
We aim to ship as quickly as possible, but allowing this window ensures each order is packed thoughtfully and with care — particularly during busy periods or new releases.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery method & timing
Most orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class.
- Delivery is usually 1 working day after dispatch
- Some locations — particularly remote or rural areas such as the Highlands and islands — may take a little longer
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timelines are handled by Royal Mail.
Shipping costs
We keep shipping simple and transparent.
- Standard UK delivery: £4.95
- Free delivery on orders over £50
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
Smaller items (such as sampler sizes) may be eligible for reduced shipping rates, which will be shown clearly at checkout where applicable.
Bundles, refills & individual items
- Candle vessels, refills, and sampler sizes can be purchased individually or as part of a bundle
- If you order a bundle, items will be shipped together
- If you order multiple items, we’ll package them securely in a single delivery wherever possible
Each order is packed to protect the contents properly while keeping packaging as minimal and thoughtful as we can.
Packaging & care
Candles and refills are packaged carefully to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition.
If your order arrives damaged, or something doesn’t seem quite right, please get in touch as soon as possible and we’ll make it right.
